Today, about 150 employees work at the yard in Ellös, Orust, where our boats are manufactured and which is also our headquarters. Your Responsibilities As an electrical designer, you will be responsible, together with two other electrical designers, for the design and construction process of electrical systems for Hallberg-Rassy's boats. You and your colleagues in electrical design work in a shared office that is in close proximity to production where the boats are manufactured.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Designing and drawing complete electrical systems, both AC and DC components
• Creating electrical drawings in CAD programs
• Creating technical descriptions and documentation that supports the design
• Providing support to your colleagues in production during the assembly and installation phase of the electrical systems
• Solving technical problems during the construction process together with colleagues
• Conducting inspections and quality assessments of the electrical installations

Your Profile For this position, we are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and good knowledge of electrical design. You have experience working in CAD programs for electrical drawings. We use Elprocad, which is a plus if you are familiar with it, but it is not a requirement.

You will work closely with your colleagues, and the position involves various points of contact such as design, production, and sales. To succeed in this role, it is therefore essential that you enjoy collaboration. We take pride in our delivery reliability, having delivered nearly 10,000 boats to our customers over the years without missing a single delivery date. We highly value this delivery capability, and we are looking for someone who is used to working in a structured manner and ensuring that deadlines are met.

The position requires proficiency in both Swedish and English.
